You know what would be extremely funny, though... what if there really are 250,000 votes not counted yet in Ohio... in a couple of days, those results should be in, and *technically* there's still a chance Kerry wins... there was only a difference of some 135k votes in Ohio, there still *are* a lot of votes not counted... I wonder what would happen if that'd be true.
You can't help but feel sorry for him, because he obviously lives in the sticks where they make white lightning. Not to mention he probably bragged about Kerry to everyone in school and then, in his eyes, the apocalypse came to pass. I guess you could watch some reruns on C-SPAN of the Clinton vs. Perot vs. Bush campaign. You know, where Perot cost Bush the election and Dole the election. Well that would make him feel better.

I personally find it most amusing that, after practically every US blogger was writing about how Kerry was great and he'd win, Bush actually won with more votes. It's not like the Democrats can cry about being cheated this time, although no doubt some of them will.
(yes I know technically Kerry could have won had the absentee ballots being counted, but they would have to be nearly all for him depending on whose numbers you believe - anything from 135,000 to 250,000 papers were still not counted - and even then all that would do is drag on the election process and make the whole thing look like 2000 all over again).
Add still more to that - Bush added another state this morning - so it's overkill at this point and none of the Democrat types can call it a 'squeeker'. I laugh my arse off at their posts - they act like it's the end of the world.

I think both canidates were losers myself, but what I do consider significant: Kerry unlike Bush 4 years ago conseded the election and kept it out of the courts. That says a lot about Kerry's morals and character.

I didn't see Bush mentioning kerry's daughters in his debate or speeches. Cmon...there was no need to keep brining up that Cheney's daughter is a lesbian....and you know that very well. I'm sure it's pretty much agreed that all politicians are vote whores. They whore themselves, their families, their lives, their friends, and anything else they think could get them a vote. Since most of them on the federal level are lawyers as well, I consider them to be a lawyer who was too unethical to practice law. It fits. Like any good whore, a politician protects his turf in the best way he knows how. When his side is in the majority, he changes the 'rules' (congressional redistricting, house bank overdraft restrictions, salaries, and a host of other loopholes) to suit him, and screw the other whores who might endanger his territory. He also isn't above throwing things (mud, feces, the occasional beer bottle) at his opponent if he thinks it will cost his opponent votes.
They are, as a rule, the dregs of society. Southpark phrased it quite well in their season opener which aired the Wednesday before the election - "It doesn't matter what election you're voting in. You're either voting for a giant douche, or a turd sandwich."

I had too much to drink, and i was in bad spirits as it was. For another, you can't argue religion and politics, you just cant. Second, as for debate, we debate policy. Whether something should be passed or not. We are given a resolution, for instance, this years: Resolved: That the USFG should establish a foreign policy substantially increasing U.N. peacekeeping operations.
What we do, is argue that resolution, with various cases and counter-plans, disads, topicality, kritiks, and Justification arguments. We don't however, sit at a computer security site and argue politics and/or religion with a bunch of hardasses.
Three judges determine the winner of each round. I have won over 300 rounds in my life, so don't tell me i don't know how to debate something that can be debated, because over a thousand judges in oklahoma think i can.
The bottom line is, a man (no source) once said "When you go to a party, never discuss religion or politics, for it will ruin the evening." I believe that was one of my history teachers..
If we sit here and throw arguments back and forth about whether bush or kerry should be president, no one is going to win. Reason: You can't prove anything. You can't prove who is a better politician, you can't prove who has a better idea of how to do things, you can't prove which religion is right, you can't prove a god damned thing. The only reason i argue on here is to present an opinion, and namely to give me something to do. If you would like, from now on i wont post my random opinions, but will only post verified information, in a structural format. Then, if one of you bastards doesn't argue every point i make, adequatley, I will win, and the same thing with you if you can do that to me (i doubt it.)
TigerShark, Cybr1d, hell all of you, i challenge you to go to a cx debate tournament some time, and try to keep up. We speak very fast, and we throw a **** load of information out. Debating is like playing in a poker tournement.......it follows the basic rules of poker, but has completely different stratagy and game play. The means of winning a poker tournement would cost you an extream amount of money in a regular poker game, and playing with a regular poker mind set will lose you almost any tournement.
