Well you must remember the Russian scientist claimed to be able to create low-pressure cells and a weather treaty was signed I believe.

skip is something ham radio operators have been using for as long as i can remember. some of then were even very accurate using it, it's quite a science but a very expensive one. CBers where using it in conjunction with liniar amplifiers for a while when citizens band was the rage but none of them change the weather.
it's rather scary to think a treaty was actually signed for something like this. that kind of lends creedance to the whole thing...but i still think its bull.

Seriously..... if they know how to do it we know how. I don't think anyone has the nutz to pull that off. I'm sure we have something that detects disturbances abroad. Hell I can pick up a dirtbike leaving asphalt to ground from over a mile away with my geophones. So I know we have something for the air.

From what I read it sounds like he claims there is an alien race tampering with our sun, and therefore our solar system... He says the government knows this and is secretly spraying the sky with aerosol to prevent another ice age... lol... Have you guys heard of this??
There are pictures of "ships" in front of the sun doing "work" but the pictures are so blury and have barely any detail, it's hard to say what those are...
He also has photos of plains dumping a substance in the sky and I have personally seen this but didn't really think much of it...
