What do you all want for Christmas?

Christmas is just five days away, and I'm shocked to see that there still aren't any Christmas list threads! So, here's one :P

Well, I'm praying hard that Santa will give me one of those $4,466 Alienware Area51 ALX - now that's something to drool about! ;)

But that's unlikely, so instead I'll settle for something like the new Cedega 5.0 - I mean, anything that lets you play Half Life 2 AND Battlefield 2 on Linux has to be darn cool... ;)

What do the rest of you want? Is there anything in particular (excluding Ferraris, diamonds, Santa Claus, elves, and Harry Potter) that you want this Christmas? Who knows...Santa may just be reading... :D

Raion: Calm down man, it's Christmas! ;) Plus, all the recent threads are "Merry Christmas" ones - not Christmas lists (except for this one which is flashing at me, although the last 3 posts are only a few days old - but as much as I like flashers, these just aren't my type ;)).

Christmas List? Hmmm ok, atop my list are the following:

Whirled Peas. I have trouble visualizing it, I see beauty contestants all want it, so there must be something pretty mystical about it.

A sturdy pair of blue jeans that won't rip the first time I work in them.

All the rest of my wishes are pretty much fulfilled, or are going to be at the end of this coming Jan. Nice thought tho!

pfft with the low tight budget we have goin on i cant even think about what i want..heh i dont think i can even buy a wish list. oh well mabe next year.

I posted mine before - but now that's changed.

1. World Peace - not because I'm a good person - just because I am tired of people dying in wars - we should be concentrating on those Martians.
2. End to poverty and famine - again - not because I'm a good person - just because I think everyone should experience kids who always want the frickin toys when going through the drive-through - that and I'm tired of fat white people pulling the impoverished in front of the screen and begging for money
3. Pay off my Church's debt - you already know I'm not good so - because I'm tired of everyone whining how much the Church debt is. That and we need more 'Holy Shotguns' - nope - not enough of them to go around.

And because I'm a selfish bastage:

1. Xbox 360 - loaded - with a 42" Plasma
2. Bigger house - with a soundproofed and lockable room filled with techno crap and a few iJoy chairs
3. My debts to be paid - and have extra over to blow again

I didn't really ask for anything... but now that I think about it... gift certificates to GNC and some more exercise equipment.

I got a head start on my years resolution of getting in shape for about 4 months now. I've lost 25lbs of flab and gained about 15 back in muscle. My pants from just out of high school fit again (33x30)! My lung capacity is getting better (quit smoking 7.5 weeks ago) so I can get back into roller blading and mountain biking. I had a mid life crisis at 25... but at the rate I was going... I'd would probably have been dead at 50... so I guess its fitting. (bad diet, smoking and drinking)

Oh, I'd like a couple of beers without feeling guilty or wanting to smoke.

Looks like you're pretty determined - and from a personal point of view, I'm happy for you, because I absolutely hate it when other people around me smoke. The smell is irritating to the eyes and throat: passive smoking = not nice (neither is smoking for that matter - but I'll shut up before I start a flame war ;-).

I don't really mind what I get for Christmas, because its the festive ambiance which gets me going. Reminds me of "Love is everywhere" actually...lol!

Although I wouldn't say no to an iJoy chair either - they really do look quite good... ^_^

And for a little Christmas treat, how about watching Bill Gates getting a pie splattered all over his face? Watching Ballmer's video is also quite entertaining... :P

During the summer me and him and Matt were at an open house and Matt got trashed and I started taking all the labels off the beer bottles and popping the off the bottles and I covered him with them. think Ray had already left though, he might have seen me put a couple on though, but by the time he left his shirt was covered in them.

I can now have those couple of beers without now feeling guilty or wanting to smoke! I've now been quit smoking for 4 months and 3 weeks! I'm also working out all the time... so what I eat or drink is no longer an issue. I'm actually following the "abs diet". Food has never tased so good!

The abs diet is more that just a "diet". Its a lifestyle change. I've lost a lot of flab and gained a lot of muscle. I'm still in the bulking phase... but I'll be cutting very soon. I've taken pics... so soon, you'll all see how my progress went over the last 6 months! I'm very happy with the results. I can't wait till the end of summer so I can start bulking again!

Over the past 6 months, my self esteem and ego has gone up in ways words can't describe.

Anyway, I finally got my xmas present. It's just a couple of months late... LoL

Congradulations on the fitness friend, but Jesus Christ you gave me a scare. I thought someone was ressurecting this thread for Christmas 2006!!! It claims more days & weeks on the calender with every passing year....*shiver* Thanksgiving fell victim a few years ago if you ask me. I honestly wouldn't have been suprised to see someone planning for this year already. If I were a moderator, I'd smite all Christmas threads on New Years Day with a swift LOCK. *shivers*
