Possible help.

avast is most preferable.
I personally used avast until now. So fas I like its performance. It's very strict, it detects suspicious websites and scan effectively.
I prefer Kaspersky due to better control. Besides, the sound effects in Avast always kill my ears... Every single time it updates :|
Kaspersky has a stronger hand in my opinion. It has always proven time and time again how solid the software is. Compared to Avast sometimes dropping down. But with the latest current news, both Avast and Kaspersky are sitting at the top score. It would come down to UI preference.
Yes, i would like to suggest or vote for kaspersky. But this is not meant avast is not good. If you have purchase any kind of antivirus key that will work fine. But kaspersky has wide protection mode than avast so far.
Does Kaspersky have a free option at all? That's why Avast is better for free and personal use and both options are good, if you chose a paid package.
Kaspersky announced free consumer version last month. So far it kept its top marks and is deemed one of the most consistently good anti-virus solutions out there. Avast has its ups and downs but is a strong competitor. For consistency and reliability, I would go with Kaspersky. For consumer ratings and accessibility you could go with Avast. I recommend personally looking into them both.
Yes there is free option. You can use that for 30days trials only after that you must registration.
Not too long ago (A month or two) Kaspersky has announced a free version of their anti-virus. Haven't had a chance to test it out myself, but feedback remains consistent with their paid products. High quality and high security.
Note: I am not strictly biased towards Kaspersky (It might look like it from my posts), I just genuinely think it is a good product. Avast is a solid anti-virus as well and its free version model has been out there for years. Which can make it better from a free experience stand point.
To be honest, i think you could flip a coin and be happy with either choice. Both are solid options. If I was forced to pick... Avast
avast is generally ideal.
I cannot really speak about Kaspersky because I've no experience with it, but Avast is top-notch. Never had any problems with it.
I would choose Kaspersky over Avast. :)
I use Kaspersky, but I prefer maximum online security using
antivirus and a VPN together to protect my privacy and data
not only from malware or viruses, but keep me safe from hackers
trying to monitor activities. So I advise you to use a VPN also
, it encrypt
your online traffic so that an unauthorized third party cannot
access your information.
That was a great analysis of avast and kaspersky.
I would recommend using AVG AntiVirus as it is one of the best, and i am using it from past 15 Years without any problems.
Avast offers more security-related features and extra utility tools in its security suites than Kaspersky. Independent tests prove that both software provide excellent protection against both widespread and zero-day malware, but Kaspersky is slightly better than Avast in terms of the impact on system performance.
you can find it via google
In my opinion, both software in premium versions (Avast Ultimate Bundle and Karpersky Total Security) offer similar functionality and performance . However Avast is a bit more expensive.
I personally prefer Avast
Been using it for the last 2 years without any issues
Yuvi
I rather choose Kaspersky because it has complete security features.

The U.S. banned federal agencies from using computer software supplied by Kaspersky Lab because of concerns about the company’s ties to the Kremlin and Russian spy operations.
"The case against Kaspersky is well documented and deeply concerning," ...
kaspersky is very good, but for some reasons i use AVG.
Well, Avast is free, so...
With all features (Performance, VPN, Price ) considered, Avast is the better option for security measures.
Kaspersky is much better than Avast.. I was once infected with malware and it was Kaspersky that came to the rescue...
