Is 16.4 GB big enough for Red Hat 7.1
Ok well I want to move linux on to my baby, but since I have a winmodem becuase it's a gateway I wouldn't be able to get online. But I was wanting to use a compiler I got it's for linux and my 486 for some reason won't take it. Probably out of memory.
I have been having touble with Windows, everytime I go to partion it says it needs 19468 worth of space for windows which is like the full limit of my computer. I go up to the C:\ drive and it says I'm only using about 2 gigs of hard drive space. And that I have about 16.4 gigs of space avaliable.
Now I'm using the Partition that comes with Red Hat Linux 7.1 is there a way to tell windows to use only 4 gigs and give the rest to linux. Also could someone give step by step instructions, maybe I'm missing somthing. I've gone to links, and looked for instructions but can't seem to get it right. The only way to install linux is to delete windows. Which I'm not going to do because of all my school work. Could someone help me out
