Slow printing to NT Server from Novell

Printing from a NT/2k workstation, with MS’ CSNW, to a NT/2k print server is fine.
Printing from a NT workstation, with Novell client, to a NT/2k print server is slow.
Printing from a 2k workstation, with Novell client, to a NT/2k print server is super slow.

Their files are on a Novell server, but print servers on NT server. Sometimes, it takes up to 5 minutes to do a printer property. This problem is consistent, on 5 sites, with an average of 100 workstations. CSNW doesn’t properly run the login script, and the site is changing to Win2k…

Is there a patch, fix, and workaround for this? Anyone, someone, please help…
