Was that done by happyhacker.org (looks tight)
hehe no accually belive it or not i made that all on my own, i just edited my win NT 4.0 login screen and made that in 10 mins out of pure boredom and curiosity if itd work... needless to say that is my new login screen : )
tight it looks pretty good just J/K about the whole happyhacker.org thing
