By all the stress and psichological problems that i had, music was what help me more, like lofi, rehab, instrumental.
It's a good choice listen to music while you are trying to relax... and working (if it is allowed) too.

Good point here. I love listening to music 24/7. Believe it or not, but I find a house cleaning the best relaxing. It really clears my mind and allows me to reset my mind. Also, it keeps my house clean :p Last time I was cleaning it I placed fly traps in different corners of my place. No dirt and no insects since.
Listening to music is always stress releasing. And long walks while listening to music.

As someone has already said, meditation really does help. There are numerous apps you can get to help you to get into it. I'd say the main benefit of it is that it helps to give you a personal grounding giving you a place to come back to despite however you may be feeling.

Majority drink, watch tv/sports or workout. I personally smoke marijuana and play free slots machines - very relaxing after work and always puts me in a better mood.
I spend a lot of time working, and after a hard day I love computer games. Especially Valorant, a great way to relax and blow off some steam. I have great guys, always helping me get good rewards. I love to drink beer and shoot, especially in the company of pros.
