Hellos all around
I'm fresh to antionline so i just thought I'd say hello to everybody. I'm more of a lurker than anything unless something really grabs my attention and i feel required to add my 2 cents.
However one thing I've noticed is the large amount of apparently "Hackerish" traffic coming towards my machine. I installed a firewall about a day after i reconnected with the net. (I've been offline for about 2 years now.) And it has recorded probes from about 6-7 different IP's mostly testing for NETBios or http but 2 on the SQL server port and even once on the https port. Is this anything to be worried about? I would guess it to be automated scans for vulnerabilities as I haven't been back long enough to really tick anybody off. Any light that can be shed on this would be greatly appreciated.
whoops posted a question in a no-reply forum. :o
But thanks to the people who did pm me an answer
