Jupiter Media decided not to continue operating the IRC server becuase it c aused too many headaches and not enough profit was generated. There still are some IRC servers you can chack out where AO folks hang out, though.

No, there is no more AO server. However I started an IRC server about a year ago for Unerror and linked with LoonyServices IRC (uraloony's server) There are quite a few people from AntiOnline there. And although according to some people, but, who cares, I'm going to do it anyways.
We usually have 25 odd people (I mean odd in two ways. ;-) :\) at Unerror IRC we have a JAVA IRC client avaliable here
And yes, it is spam, but he asked and I answered. :-D
