Java and Kotlin are the best programming languages for the android app development. These languages are easy to learn and can be implement without showing multiple errors during the implementation or development.

Language will depend on your business requirement
Javascript is commonly used to create interactive effects within web browsers. It is not used to create compiled, stand-alone programs.
Hmm, I would recommend you to talk with someone who works as a developer. I also want to start my career in app development and I will choose Flutter. [***deleted***] I will start from this language, and later I will choose something else.
