Anything would be better than ME, even if you can only use windows 3.0 lol, no seriously tho 98se or 2k work fine, and XP is good too, I'm running it on a system with 96MB of ram.

I just checked this out, it isn't a unix proggy, I tried it on Debian Linux, Mandrake Linux and FreeBSD, same thing cannot execute binary file

I got it, it is pretty good but you'll blow through pretty fast. Not sure if it is worth the money. Get "Hacking Exposed" and its cousins thats a good series

This is stupid, they could just as easily do this with the DVD software. I'd rather have to pay to get a DVD player for linux then not be able to use linux. I rather watch it on my 10-foot tv screen...

Mandrake. It lets you learn linux while being able to interface with like widnows. A great way to transfer from windows to linux. Just buy it, ISOs seem to be bad luck.

I say Western Digital for speed, but I have found Maxtor drives are much easier to install in my experience. (could just be my situations but I've done this a lot, building comps is my job)
