Worms and trojons are by far the most troublesome for us (Army). We have at least 500+ attempted attacks a day, and that is on a little training post (Ft. Lee).

I would imagine that in order to track all transactions like they want it would require everyone to use some form of ID number (SSN perhaps) when they make a purchase.. Sounds very Biblical to me......
