And be careful where you post your backlinks. Backlinks to a Web Development site that are posted on a Car Parts site will cause you to get penalized by Google.

Many sites, including ours, uses a company called: https://www.stopforumspam.com/
It can filter out and not allow people to join our forum by looking at their IP, Email Address and or User...

What happens doesn't happen when you try to create the account?

I'd guess that Instagram see's a Cookie on your computer which is preventing you from creating another...
