What should the ip 0.0.0.0 be set to. Should this be the external ip or 127.0.0.1 or the internal ip of the machine.

Ok I got a huge deal on a Western Digital 8mb cash 80gb hard disk and I installed FreeBSD on it and it works like a charm. Problem solved. :D

well the biggest problem for one is that it only completes install 1 out of about every 12 times. It seems that my HD i think keeps timing out and kills the installation. And then when I get it...

Humm... I can't really think of anything else that could fix that. So if worse comes to worse back up your information and reformat your HD and reinstall the OS.

I am assuming you are running windows Xp and have a disc. Insert the Xp disc. Then run the os repair feature on it. That should fix any corrupt files.

Well I am looking for a free distro. So I was leaning more toward Debian I think as it sounds really nice to work with in any situation.
