Also something that nobody has addressed. . if the administrator has setup a "catchall" account on the mail server. that means that any email sent to anybody on that domain, in this case there.com,...

NTFS Gives you the ability to encript files and also setup users/permitions to view files and folders that you would not be able to do with Fat
