Is anyone aware of a way to stomp on Tor packets, without outright blocking ports 9001 and 9030? Currently we have limited the amount of SSL bandwidth given to clients so that their Tor experience...

Has anyone ever heard of a type of network topology called 'Router-Bus'? If so, what is it and do you have any illustrations to help explain it? I'm at a loss here. I've been googling my brains out.
