Deception for protection

I'm working on DTK (Deception TollKit) -> cf all.net.
Does someone have tried it, or other related software?

If you're interested in computer deception and honeypots, in 2 or 3 weeks at most, I'll release a report on DTK & honeypots.
The major problem will be, I'm afraid, that this doc will be in French!!!

Not that I'm into such things as honeypots, but I've read something about them. Anyway, I'm going to *try* to read the doc, and if I can handle it, I might try and translate it.

Well, about the glossary in the report, u could find better ones on the net. Or if u prefer just ask me for one. I think I certainly have one in English that will be even more complete.

This is dedicated to those interested in testing DTK.

I said in the report that there were errors in DTK's code, I corrected those I found and their location are in the report.
I also added some new functionnalities in DTK mainly for the FTP deception :
- recieve and save whatever file send to u by some grey guy
- list a directory
- log some entries
- a poor noisy port scanner

If u are interested by the code of the addings tell me.
