    hey,
    Try this out in word 97/2000/XP:
    Type 'NYC' into a new Word document; has to be capitals and increase font
    size to 36.
    Change the font to 'Webdings', and you'll see a representation of 'I love
    New York'.
    Now change the font to 'Wingdings'....

    Makes ya think.
