If anyone has thought about learning PHP on a Win32 platform...then I would suggest using PHPTriad. It installs the Windows version of Apache, as well as MySql. And allows Windows Users a way to create and test PHP pages. I found it at CNET's Download.com...but you can find the developers pages at SourceForge:

It's a 10Mb download and is pretty straightforward on use.
