I know this may seem like a ridiculous poll, but I want to determine the average age of an AntiOnline user. I want to find out exactly what kind of person comes here. I'm particularly interested with both extreme ends of the spectrum, being the lamer script kiddie, and the 40 yr. old professionsal network administrator
Well I am a cracker is 23/m/fl/pic/college student/study's networking/ computer programming/ web design/ and enrolling in the Marines in September!

Might as well make this my first post here, been lurking long enough.
I'm 36 and I own a shop in northern Michigan. Been into computers for quite a few years and am mostly self taught. Most days I love my job.

My first computer was an Abacus!! then it was a slide rule... then I started with something that used power, a Comadore Vic 20... You guessed it.... I am older than GOD! (If god is 45!)
but not old enough to retire for a good batch of years....
I remember in school, there were no computers, no cable TV, We used a 16 mm movie projector that had to be manually threaded.... My first access to a Video Tape maching was a big AMPEX reel to reel, did not record just played big Tapes.
I did manged to use a SONY portable black&white TV tape recorder that taped 1/2 hr per
tape, we shared that between several schools....
Portable is an oxymoron!!! It came in a suitcase and it took 2 of us to move
it around without giving us all hernias!
I managed to dig up an AMPEX and a Sony VTR from that era and they still work!!!
