    Cool Newz

    so here i am going to state to obvious facts here in a question form. why aren't there any newz articles? did AO drop that idea completly or what? i alwayz like to respond to them.

    oooh, speculation time.

    I was wondering the same thing. When I came here this morning, I was hoping to see news items, that where newer than 10.24 ... But instead I saw a horrible horrible thing. The entire News update section was amiss. Along with some other site layout adjustments. Perhaps JP figures we should provide the News ourselves? Turning AO into a sort of slashdot . . . ?

    Unhappy News is key

    News was a very key part of this site in my mind. I also quite enjoyed the mail bag. I was even quoted onetime when JP made the mistake of making fun of Canadians.

    So in my mind, the two reasons why I started coming to AO are gone. News and the Mail bag.

    We need the news, bring it back!
    I like the new spreadsheet though but I would rather
    have the old one back if it came with news.
