    Computer Heroes

I have an essay in my literature class due tomorrow. It's supposed to be about a modern hero and what defines his(or her) heroic characteristics. I was thinking of doing someone in the computer world but I don't know who. Any Ideas?

    That's easy...

    Linus Torvalds
    Carolyn Meinel
    JP

or anyone against above mentioned if you are in that category. I happen to like the work done by all of the above, but some people don't. It all boils down to "Who do you admire?"

    Good luck

Linus Torvalds would be an excellent choice considering the amount of info available on the guy.
