I've also got a great wallpaper on my Linux box... i can't access it at the moment to upload, cos the computers switched off and i cant be bothered to switch it on this late at night [its 12:06 at night here in the UK... im only gonna be awake another 2 hours or so!]
Anyway, its a kinda representation of a black hole, like lines and going into a tunnel... kinda like a spatial vortex thingy... its hard to describe, send me an e-mail or something if you want me to send it you, alternatively if youve got Mandrake 7.1 it's there somewhere!

Wallpaper
Personally I love weird Sci-Fi wallpaper. I love space exploration, so I enjoyed that Gundam Wing one (or at least I think it's that). Right now I have wallpaper of an eclipse. Very nice...pitch black except for an outline of light 'sparks'...very inspiring. I also like works of art. But thats just me.

Another good place to check...
IF you are interested, there is a site called deviantart (http://www.deviantart.com) that has a lot of art made by Photoshop masters... good site, takes a while to load on dialup, but worth the wait.
