PLease help me find the cgi-bin of a site.

Just as it says, how would i go about getting access to the cgi bin of a website. Ive tried and tried to figure this out, ive searched the web for help. Ive looked everywhere, when i do searches these damn "how to hack hotmail" things comeup no matter what. So i have about 100000 of them and i aint searchin through them. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

I might be wrong, but usually the directory

    http://www.website.domain/cgi-bin/

    works!

Yeah, I was gonna say most places restrict access to cgi-bin directories... I know my apache server does!!!

(But then, I don't use any CGI stuff anyway)
