    Angry Problem With Modem In Linux

    I have searched on almost every site about this subject but i cant find the linux drivers for my winmodem (an ESS with 2838 chipset), Unfortunetly I broke my GM56flexE-V

    If anyone could help...

    Had the same problem and ended up buying a new modem. Anyway check out http://www.linmodems.com if you havent already been there.

    thanks anyway, it may be the only solution, i've been at linmodems but i think is .org
