PacBell being one of "THE" major RBOCs...(if you don't know what an RBOC is...plug the acronym into google or one of the gajillion network dictionaries.

It is the Pacific Bell icon inverted, which matches my name which is a custom spelling of Pacific Bell's nick name, Pacbell, if you say my name, and say pacbell, they sound the same.
