Good deal. OC'ing isn't what it's cracked up to be, although diehards will tell you otherwise. It's just not a wise idea to void your warranty the minute you get a processor just because you want it to go 50mhz or so faster. Add in the heat factor in an enclosed case inside a cabinet and that just spells disaster for the rest of your PC.
And good pick with AMD! *is an AMD fan* Intel's had the reign for too long and AMD's been kicking ass for 2+ years now solid with great processors.
