    WWAN any thoughts?

Recently in my corner of the world a few of us have been trying to get a WWAN [wireless wan] up and running
I was wondering what people thought of this security wise... I mean with directional antennas there isn't much to worry about client wise but for our Access Points we are using Omni antennas which could cause a little strife if people go looking for them.

oh and is there any1 here who has experties in radio waves cause I'd love to pick ya brains if I can 8þ

Just thought it may be a topic that might interest some people here

Tips from me that don't know much about many things:
    1) DO NOT USE WINDOWS XP OR ALLOW IT TO ACCESS THE NETWORK
    2) Trying something like VPN that I don't have a clue about it or how to set it up.

Here a site that might be helpful. Recommanded by Sympatico NetLife. However it foucus on LAN (including wireless LAN). http://www.practicallynetworked.com
