    Do something about it

    I may not know a lot about hacking yet, but why don't you do something about it. How good are you at hacking. If your not good, learn. Take down the sites that host kiddie porn.Stop complaining about it, and do something about it.

    Understandable point of view, but that sort of activity is now (potentially) a terrorist offense in the US & UK

    The thing is that there are ways to take down kiddie porn sites without hacking. Report the offenders. This is not a vigilante justice thing, and most governments dont take child pornography lightly. As for hacking, it consists of a lot of learning and many (myself included) are still in that process.

    I would echo what The Preacher said, but that would take up pointless space. There are many legal ways to get kiddie porn sites taken down. Just do a bit of research on the site and find out where it's based, and the name it was registered under. Report it to your local gov't official. Or even easier, just send the URL of the site the your local gov't official.
