libcap for windows

Hi, I am still learning C++ and I just finished a class on the language. I have taken a look at some of the example progams that come with this library, and they haven't been much help.
Can somebody tell me where I could find some simple tutorials or example source code that I could use that goes over howto use different functions that come with it.

Hi I am learning c++ myself and I found this site very helpful and it never uses a word without first defining it. Which is great for someone like me who still has alot to learn.
