Yet again. MS IE & MSM hijacks.
This was posted on The Register today. It gives a breakdown of the combinations of IE and MSM that will create holes. Will the IE chaos ever end? Noooo..... I don't think so.

Microsoft security? What security excellent post (p2p) all I can say that there are a whole lot of windows users who will be in some serious trouble thats a bad exploit

OMG.... How many of these are there? But in reality its not that surprising to me.... M$ screwed up again... How long do they spend testing their programs...?

To answer ac1dsp3ctrum's question, not long enough it seems 
I reckon a new M$ vulnerability will be found out every week (at least) for the next year....
Cos if you look at a sieve, you'll find holes!
