Court update

Greetz everyone.

I just got around to posting again so I thought I'd let ya
know how the court thing is going. They moved the date
for next Thursday.. I wish they would hurry up. I'm nervous
as hell and I want to get it over with ASAP. I got to get my
car back, whoo hoooo! The cops wanted to keep it and they
were pissed that I got it back. Muahahahahaa!!!

ya, screw the cops....the system can't even set a court date and stick to it. I hope the car is worth it

Good luck RA, I know the feeling. My court date got moved from April to December, if that gives you any idea how good the justice system is here in Michigan. Of course it wasn't all at once, only a month or so at a time, but it still happened. Although in my case, it was a good thing, because it let me get my Bachelors Degree a week before I was sentenced.

With a good lawyer I'll get off of this with NO charges. Hehehe.
They really messed up when they made the arrest. They didn't
follow the proper procedures so most likely the charges will be
droped and I'll walk away from this one.. I hope

I asked myself how the hell do you get caught with (weed) and the charges dropped? You said they didn't follow "procedures", So I am assuming them cops never read you your right's?

Your pretty lucky if you ask me. I am in Florida and this state has the SOME OF THE toughest laws in the U.S. 3 strikes your out 1 felony 5 years 2 felony 10 years 3rd offense 25years (+) I have been in some trouble before but I never had charges dropped. You must have had a excellent lawyer Because I know for a fact their is no way on god's green earth a public affender won ..

I KNOW PERSONALLY PUBLIC AFFENDERS AIN'T WORTH **** BE YOUR OWN LAWYER OR HIRE THE BEST ONE YOU CAN FIND.. I AM A CRACKER

Hope we can see you here again soon without the risk to be taken away for a long time ! I know about bad justice systems, we have them here in Finland aswell.. A friend have now been waiting for six months to get a date for the hearing and he knows that he'll be away for a time (also drugs involved).

VictorKaum hope you will manage to stay out from the "house" aswell I would hate to loose good AO members .
