Um..... I know that Intel's Itaium chip does exist as Windows XP got a special 64-bit version that was designed for it. However, will anyone start making 64-bit programs now, even if intel only got 64-bit processer right now?
I've heard this somewhere. 32-bit mutitasking is the most laughable joke, as it is impossible for the multitasking system to make each program run smoothly. The starting point of REAL multitasking starts at 64-bit.
So, anyone making a 64-bit Linux distribution soon?
