anywayz my browser cashe gets enourmously huge. we are talkin 3 to 6 gig and fast
i just wondered if anyone knows the fix for this problem

i have 64 megs of ram that gets eaten up quick
right now with the browser clear its exactly

What browser are you using? and what version is it?

coz as everyone know, IE versions prior to 6 keep hidden copies of your cache n stuff for some reason.. I don't know the reason, most likely its just a hideous M$ plot to spy on you....

Well, for the system slowing down, you may want to increase the size of your page file.. that may help your performance a little bit...

I'm still looking into the IE issue.. I'm pretty certain its a bug, as A> its ignoring the size on your cache.. B> its swelling up to 6GB...

I am not sur if this has anything to do with your problem but i give it a shot, just don't quote me on it.

go to start menu, search/find (depending on your operating sys.) under folder/file name type *.tmp once all the files are found and comp stops searching, empty delete all files that come up. usually just cookies n crap like that. like I said dunno if it'll work but it sometimes works for older machines and operating systems.

    sorry if i'm wrong
