Windows 2000 DNS setup?
Could anyone please give me some good links on how to setup Windows 2000 DNS server properly. For some reason it is not resolving names properly. And i cannot find proper help on setting it up. Any help is appreciated.

Sure bAgZ...
From Microsoft
Another resource I would recommend is SearchWin2000, which is part of the TechTarget group of sites. The address is www.searchwin2000.com, and they have lots of information for one to devour, and quite a bit on DNS as well as many other Windows 2000 areas...
You might also try this site, however, I haven't used it much yet, so I can't say how good the information is, but it does seem to have lots on DNS in general...
If any of those don't help you, you can PM me, and I'll see what else I can recommend to you...
Good Luck,

bAgZ...
What issue is your Technet CD? remember, this is microsoft.. by the time you recieve your technet CD in the post, its already missing a few hundred articles....
Also remember, while technet is the best thing Microsoft has done, it can still be a bitch to find information in....
Did you check out the other links? They should have some information that could help you....
Normally, I would write up a quick step-by-step guide, but I'm not running 2k right now, and I'm working a fair bit... which is unusual, coz I'm one lazy bastard..
If you having difficulty with DNS with the links I gave you, I would recommend that you spend a while researching DNS, as the instructions were pretty straight forward....
Once again, if you need any more help, you can PM me...
