I'm getting messages in my mail account that my PM box is full, but the green bar is below 50%. Are you sure that the image is being displayed right, JP?
Not sure how he has it set up, but the green bar may be overall space. There is more then one folder. I had 1.3% of inbox full, but still 0% on the green bar. Your inbox may be full, but you still have room on the bar, because your message tracking box and deleted items box still have room in them.
