I noticed a General Technology Forums section was created for the Web Development forum; why not create a miscellaneous type category here for general questions? The only ones I see now are miscellaneous security, newbie questions, and general chit chat. Just to be a more appropriate place for a lot of the non-security related tech threads I see everyday.
