    I am not a web program but came across this article. Thought it might be useful to anybody running php on his or her servers.

    Yeah, this has been floating around for the past week. It's not that big of a deal, anyone who can admin their server properly disables file uploads if they don't need them (I think it might even be default). ZDNet had an article about it, but they never mentioned that it didn't affect people with uploads disabled.
