Check on the CD that contain the drivers for you printer, it's should be there. If you're looking for Windows Font, I know Office got a bunch on them on the installation CD. You may also try to re-install your drivers for your printer because printer use special font for printing. (Not a Specialist on that domain).

Hi SDK I tried what you suggested the printer works faster now instead of boxs and lines I now get letters at least, but they dont make sense but I am now one step closer.Thanks for the help.

If you had re-install your driver, you may check the manfacturers web site for a update drivers?
