When will ppl learn that Outllook/Exchange is about as secure as a safe with the code pasted on the front!
We use outlook at my company & let me tell ya... if you know even the slightest about VB/VB script (the least of MS's worries), it's a free-for-all! I can basically do ANYTHING that is able to be done with vb to an outlook user! Malicious or not, anything available thru code.. be it API calls or wutever ya want, can be done with the use of outlook's handy NO SECURITY policy (or so it seems)... though I'm not malicious so I don't bother, but the potential is clearly apparent...
...script bitches take note... rather, *** vb, LEARN C!

Nice to have info. I never use my pgp plugins to encrypt in Outlook (nor OE, don't use it). I only use it to sign my messages. If I need to send something encrypted I use Blowfish Advanced CS (i use either the twofish or mars algorythm) or another third party software or a java compiler to encrypt my document or file. Then I send it as an attachment in Outlook. Another fair crypto package is Cryptomathic File2File. It uses AES algorythm and creates a self extracting .exe thats password protected. Then you can send it as an attachment. Also both programs wipe the original file. Blowfish Advanced CS wipes it 36 times. So just some food for though on alternatives to plugins for OE and Outlook.
Hope this helps someone....
