    Consumers sue AOL...

    http://zdnet.com.com/2100-1106-845815.html

Apparently, consumers are pissed that they got billed for products they didn't buy, even after they clicked 'No Thanks' on the ads.

Of course, I doubt they'll win their lawsuit. Little people never have a chance against the big and greedy corporation.

I need to sue them. I was with aol before I went B.B. and they where taking there payment right out of my account well I went and changed accounts online one time because I didnt use the other account, everything was ok for the first few months, well then aol desides that they wanted to switch back to my old account and with no current funds in account made me go in dept over $150.00. So I called them to ask y they did that. they told me it wasnt them that the request came back to them from my computer to switch back over. ****in Lyin basterds.
So now they want there payment or else. I told them to shove it so far up there. well you get the idea. So maybe if they win Ill go after my money too. AOL is going down.

It's about time the public stopped taking crap off ISP's. Especially AOL.

I've argued countless times with my ISP about the cost of dial up phone calls. At least 70% of the time when I dial up the connection just hangs before disconnecting. I know the problem isn't on my side because it happens wether I'm using RedHat, XP, or my old Mac. A few friends who use the same ISP have encountered the same problem.....

So what? Well every time that happens I have to reconnect and that costs me the price of a phone call. If you add all those extra calls up that's a hell of a lot of money over the period of a year.....

I can't say I've ever had a complaint about my ISP. But I have a lot about AOL, because most of my friends use that and I have to put up with it, while on their computers. Ergh...

ISP's should be free or at least not charge as much as AOL.
I hope they at least get rid of those stupid adds AOL gives you.

I don't get it: If they didn't order the stuff, doesn't that make it fraud? If so, why are they suing instead of filing criminal charges?
