When you were little...

Looking back to when I was little, I realised that there were some funny things that I believe or thought. Just for some fun, if any of you remember something funny about when your were little, post what you remember.

Well, I remember two funny and strange things:

1. I didn't understand why it was windy. I always thought that wind was produced by trees, as I saw them blowing when it was windy. I thought that when one tree would sway, it made other trees sway and move and that made the wind stronger and carry to other trees/places. So I basically thought that if someone could move a tree, they could make it pass it on to another tree and it would be windy.

2. When I went to sleep, I believed that if any parts of my body, like my hand or leg, were sticking out the edge of the bed, that spiders would come from the floor and bite them. So I made sure everytime that my hands and legs were clearly inside the edges of the bed.

HEHE...when I look back, I find this very funny!

Any of you people ever had anything similar?

I used to believe that Typhoons (Subtropical Hurricanes) had a witch on a broom stick flying around, turning people into frogs or something... Of course I don't believe this now, but back then I would hide under my pillows when there was a typhoon and it was night time - In the day, I wasn't worried... At least I missed school because of them... Had to be some catch for something to be that good, lol...

Well, this is something that started in childhood, but still continues to this day. All the time, 24/7, I assume that someone can see me. Even when I'm alone and there's no possible way anyone could be watching me, I still assume there are some people watching. In some cases, if I've done something that might seem weird to the whomever is watching it, I'll try and sort of do sometihng or say sometihng to myself to explain it. Now, I know that there shouldn't be anyone watching me, yet I still act like this...It's very odd. Sometimes, I also think that people can see what I'm thinking...I know they can't, be sometimes I get nervous because some part of me thinks they can.

When I was neigh high to a grosshopper my parents said that if I ate watermellon seeds that they would grow in side me, had a many a sleepless summer night because of that.

I used to be afraid of my bedroom. And the attic, and the basement. And I used to hang out with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. One day I turned Shredder into a mouse, and for several years I would go into my basement and would all of a sudden start thinking about Shredder the mouse.

I think we all tried the superman or the marrypopin thing before **** I still do it, but atleast with a bigger cape (parashute). I had ninja outfit and when I put it on I thought I was invisable to anyone, I would run around my back woods with this black outfit on. boy I was weird. What about the most stupid game you ever played? remember red light, green light. if not pm me and Ill explain it to you. lol. who had comic strip PJ's and the big wheels with the hole in the front tire. Man now you got me started on the good old days. I was about 5 years old when the first star wars movie came out. Now that was good movie effects. LOL

Hmmm... when I was little...

1.) When I would sleep, I dreamed that if a neuclear attack were to occur, that I would be safe because I was on MY bed and no one else's

2.) I hated my across the street neighbors: they were Mexican and poor so I always thought they were going to steal my stuff

3.) I one believed I was a jet plane once.

4.) I swam in a mudhole (not more than a foot deep) when i was six

5.) I stepped on a cactus once and had it go through my foot.

6.) I fell out of my bed (top bunk)

7.) When I put My hands over my eyes, no one could see me.
