Regardless of what their punishment may be, there will be others who will take their place. It always seems that there are those who think they are smarter and can get away without getting caught.

It's like robbing a bank and then trying to tell them that their vault and security systems have flaws. Unless you're hired by a company, don't deface their systems and expect to get away with it. If they wanted secure systems, they would have hired pros.
