    Here it is folks. This is one of the longer issues we've had and is stuffed with all sorts of info. Remember to use Adobe to read the file after downloading and unzipping it. You can get Acrobat Reader from here

    Deadline for Newsletter #5: Friday September 20th, 2002. We are looking for articles of any type plus puzzles (those of you creating cryptographic puzzles.. you want to create a doozy for the newsletter?)

    how complex would you like the encryption to be, and what type of hints (if any)? very good newsletter.
    Preliminary operational tests were inconclusive (the dang thing blew up)

    Well, the encryption would be something that would challenge users. I've noticed the ones that have been going on in the cryptographic forum and that's where I got the idea. =)

    Hints would be up to you. Maybe have ones that go from easy to challenger.
