    Lightbulb High bandwidth Linux download sites

    Hi Everybody,
    I am planning to download Redhat Linux 7.3 and Debian 3.0. I am aware that there are many sites out there offering this facility. But I need some sites with large bandwidth (100kb+) so I was looking to the experienced users on this bbs for some leads. Any information or links will be appreciated.

    I've had fairly good luck from ftp.planetmirror.com and ftp.rge.com as alternatives - both seem to have fairly good connections though they do get fairly loaded at times.. Good luck.

    always..always use the mirror sites . find the one closest to you and the one that has what you are looking for.

    Yes, use mirrors and try to grab the file at an odd time, like 2 A.M. I find that this helps too because less people are on at those hours.
