China's has always been trying to restrict their citizen's web access. This comes as no suprise as to seeing it makes the cache of the site available, and the Chinese government would not be able to monitor or restrict access to the cache of the website. I'm not saying I was aware of this move, I'm just saying from what I have read about this topic in past articles, this was soon to be a given.
