creating a ssl certificate is actually easy and free, but getting it listed somewhere that others could get it without you having to explicitly give it to them is another story... that i couldn't tell you.

Actually I know that you can use OPENSSL to sign your own certs (I wrote a tut on it ) but I need to try something out and I need a cert generated from someone else. As yo know, I don't feel like payin up for one.
