I am not sure exactly what you mean...

I don't think it will add a user for you auto. but you can do it manually.

Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click User Accounts.

In User Accounts, click Create a new account.

Then type your new user name.

Select the account type, and then click Create Account. Select Computer administrator if the account created is for yourself.

Then you should have successfully created a new account.

NOTE: this might not be what you wanted but i did my best on trying to understand your question.

i mean my pc will add guest user if the time is 1200. when 1700, it will remove the guest user. all is done without single click of mouse. + i have the administrator access on the pc.
I can predict anything, except future!

I understand what you're saying, but I'm not sure if it's possible to automate this task. Perhaps if you could progam some sort of script to do it? Does anyone know if you can use the command line to add or remove a user? Perhaps someone could program a snap-in for the computer managment console to do this? Sorry I couldn't have been more help.
This is where my sig would go, if I had one...so yeah.

You mean logon 'between the hours of 12:00 and 17:00' (similar to NT4, 2000, and Novell)
XP does not contain that function....but you could write a script or profile..
Like geekguy suggests.....right track dude....got me thinking and looking
