Comcast Posts Loss, Cuts 2,000 More Jobs
"Comcast Corp., the No. 1 U.S. cable TV operator, on Thursday reported a narrower second-quarter loss and said it has laid off another 2,000 workers as it absorbs systems acquired from AT&T Corp."

They still broadcast The Nanny here. That TV cable under the Atlantic is *really* slow.

I bet the workload for the people who are still employed by Comcast is more than they can handle. Scary thought of all those people calling them up and complaining that they are paying for high speed internet access and all they are getting is bandwidth that is slower than dialup.
